We have been engaging closely with Tangmere Parish Council and Chichester District Council on the Design Code for Three Spires. This will set out the vision and key principles for the development to support upcoming detailed planning applications. The first four reserved matters planning applications will focus on infrastructure only, with detail on residential, commercial and community development to come forward in the future.
A roadmap setting out key project milestones is included on this page. We will continue to update the community as the scheme progresses.

We held a drop-in event on Wednesday 22nd October at Tangmere Village Hall to provide further information about the Design Code and the first reserved matters planning applications. Thank you to everybody who joined us at the event.
We have now submitted the Design Code to Chichester District Council. You can view the full Design Code document and share your feedback with the council using the link below.
